We discussed the possibility of new hearing aides that would be a type that is Bluetooth and small. The hearing aides I have used for the last two years have given me problems. MJ is the hearing aid specialist at the office on Cooper Street in Arlington. He told me what to expect during the hearing test and that was very thorough. I thought I needed hearing aids and I certainly did. I have moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears with the higher sounds and was missing a lot of letters and words and having to ask people to repeat themselves all the time. MJ is very considerate and makes good eye contact and listens to all of your concerns and questions. I really appreciated him taking all the time I needed to have my questions answered and information given about my hearing loss and correcting it. Also, whenever I called the office I usually spoke with Heather. I really like her personality and she was very helpful. I highly recommend going to MJ for your hearing needs. He will let you know if you need hearing aids or not and he works diligently to get the proper correction. I just got my hearing aids recently and I can notice a good difference in my hearing.
